I’ve been an entrepreneur for a solid 16 years, ran multiple successful business’ including ‘A Nerd’s World.’ But even with all this experience, I’d say there is always room for improvement with how I run my business.

Our main focus for 2017 is customer service.

To bring any clients needs before our own and to initiate a good relationship with anybody who asks us for service. None of my clients are taken for granted. No matter how small the business, we will give them the same service as one would with a higher paying client. Once that trust is established, we will be their reliable source to having their projects finish.

Gaining clientele trust + receiving projects = Happy clients and increased profits.

Here at A Nerd’s World our work ethic is to come in early and leave late. Our clients are our priority but we also love what we do!
